Frustrated
FRUSTRATED
I have alway's wondered
how a person could drown
while swimming
amongst a crowd of others?
thrashing to stay afloat,
yet unnoticed,
until death welcomes
him from exhaustion.
most intentions are good,
another factor to consider
we have become to preoccupied
to pay attention outside our selves.
We don't see it
we don't hear it
however silent the suffering of another is,
we ignore it perhaps by frustration,
We are not doing our jobs,
as human beings;
perhaps we have become
a society which is too self absorbed
I'm only asking this;
If someone you know
has expressed they are having
a hard time staying afloat
pay attention!
Throw the the damn life jacket!
